BOOKING CONDITIONS

CANDELO SHOW

Your booking request will be confirmed once payment has been received. Confirmation will either be in the form of an email notice or tickets from Footprint Theatre Inc.

If you are paying at the venue on the day of the performance, tickets will be available from the box office at the venue, 30 minutes before the show starts.

Tickets will only be posted to you if the booking and payment has been received 3 working days ahead of the show, otherwise tickets will be held for collection at the venue.

In the event that your tickets have not been paid for and collected by 5 minutes before the show starting time, Footprint Theatre Inc reserves the right to sell your tickets to another person if the show is sold out.

TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE SHOW IS CANCELLED BY FOOTPRINT THEATRE INC.

In the event of a show cancellation, you may reuse your ticket for another performance of the same show during the season, subject to availability - it is your responsibility to rebook the other show.

If the show is cancelled and you are unable to attend another performance, your ticket price will be refunded by cheque or direct deposit on return of the unused tickets to Footprint Theatre Inc, PO Box 111 Pambula 2549 - please include your name and postal address.
